To assure you we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously we have outlined the enhanced steps we introduced in March 2020, as we adjusted to the living with the new normal.
Working with our local cleaning partners we have introduced a five step protocol to ensure you have peace of mind that you're accommodation is guest ready on arrival, clean and safe for your stay.
Together with Contact-less check in, we hope you have the peace of mind you deserve when you book and stay at any of our properties.
1 - PREPARE
We first prepare ourselves and our cleaning equipment ready to enter each property. We wear gloves and masks, open doors and windows to ventilate the space and remove all bed linen and towels
2 - CLEAN
Next we clean the property, removing all food from the cupboards and fridges, emptying the rubbish and recycling bins, wash all cutlery and crockery, clean the oven and microwave. Using a multi surface cleaner we clean all surfaces, we clean appliances such as the kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We clean the sink, taps, sweep and mop the floors, clean the doors and handles, windows and sills, light and power switches. Using Oven Cleaner we clean the oven hob and microwave.
3 - DISINFECT
Using an approved disinfecanctant we spray all frequently touched surfaces and allow them to air-dry. This include taps, switches, door handles, soft furnishings, thermostats, locks and keypads, remote controls etc.
4 - CHECK
We check back on the previous steps to ensure we have been thorough in our application of our clean stay protocol.
5 - RESET
We reset the apartment ready for your stay. With clean gloves we replenish all supplies to include anti bacterial spray for your own use, our standard guest supplies and welcome pack. We make the beds with fresh linen direct from our commercial laundry (washed at over 60 degrees), we leave fresh sealed towel packs for your stay. Close the windows, switch of the lights and lock the door as we exit the property.
